Mark Sokel’s Attilio Regolo receives the “Ship of the Month” honors for July. The Attilio was spotted harassing the Allied heavies for nearly the entire June battle.  This marks a change in battle strategy for the Attilio as she normally concentrates on the fast Allied torpedo boats and cargo ships. She was responsible for many of the hits scored against the Allies last month because of this.  This helped the severely out numbered Axis team win the gunnery war for the first time this year.  The Attilio took on all comers and even found time to try and rescue the disabled Z-46 by diverting the Nelson's attention.  A true battle asset.

NOTE: Due to a renegade Allied command chain, there is still false information on the "Official" SCBG site.  The referees from last month's game (responsible for determining the SOTM) voted for the Attilio.    It is therefore assumed that the "Official" SCBG web site is still in the hands of Allied Scum and should be considered as Allied propaganda full of lies and deceit.
